​So ​what is Somatic (Body-Oriented) Coaching? 

We use cutting edge embodiment practices to bring a client to an experience of their own authentically felt sense of sovereignty.

 

This experience is fostered through a highly research-based process called In-Presence Witnessing.  From this "place" of Presence within ourselves, we find that the entire somatic neuro-biology (the body-mind-system) knows exactly how to heal itself. 

 

As practitioners and clients, our "job" is to be in a state of compassionate awareness to all our parts, voices and characters who simply wish to be recognized, seen and validated for being there. 

 

We don't do "fixing" in Somatic Coaching, we facilitate compassionate listening at a deep body-aware level.

 

What we find is that your own Innate Intelligence knows exactly what to do next.  We hold the sacred, safe ground through facilitated Presence for all of this to happen.
 

Elegant Title

Clarity replaces confusion.

Presence, coherence and flow

replace effort.

And the version of you that has always been there…

begins to live more fully in the world.

Not louder.

Not more performative.

Just… more true.

 

How I Work

My approach to coaching is grounded in over 30 years of experience in:

  • somatic awareness

  • breathwork

  • relational dynamics

  • and the direct exploration of Presence
     

But more than techniques, what I offer is a way of being with you.

A space that is:

  • grounded

  • non-judgmental

  • and deeply attentive
     

Where:

  • honesty can arise without pressure

  • the nervous system can settle and reorganize

  • and deeper truths can emerge — naturally, not forcefully
     

This work draws from what I call The Five Pathways —

a living framework for awakening not away from life,

but within relationship, embodiment, and real experience.

At its heart, this is threshold work.

Learning how to remain present

at the very edge of what is true…

without turning away.
